Review for Fuel Efficicency for – Pivot Razin – First fuel Tank

Firstly I would like to extend my appreciation to Bernie Sim who so generously loan me his set of Pivot Razin for my project.

Let’s get to real work!

Fix on the PIVOT Razin.

Fuel is 40 litre of Ron 92 from SPC .

ODO meter Starting reading is 23693

Ending ODO meter reading is 24191

Mileage output using ODO meter is 24191 – 23693 = 498 km.

1 litre of Ron 92 petrol can travel [498 /40] = 12.45 km

To travel 100 km [ 100/12.45= 8.032 Litres ] is needed. Australian format

Compare it to our STOCK lancer vs Pivot Enhanced Lancer

Stock mileage burning 40 litre Ron 92 petrol output 527 km

Pivot Enhanced first tank burning 40 litre Ron 92 petrol output 498 km

527 – 498 = 29 km

The mileage is 29 km less with PIVOT Razin installed.

There is such a effect called travelling on  High Way roads or on small road which have a lot of START and Stop. It could be that this first tank I could had travel a lot of small roads and stuck in Traffic Jams.  It could be so bad that I get less mileage than the STOCK mileage.

The total number of tanks of 40 litre of Ron 92 petrol will be tested with pivot on is 3 tanks.

After the 3 tanks, I will take the average Mileage reading.

With Voltage Stabilizer it should start saving petrol immediately, this really puzzled me.
